The Atlantic Coast Conference’s rookie of the year, Kyle Filipowski, has yet to make any plans for the upcoming campaign, according to The Associated Press.
Jeremy Roach was born in Fairfax, Virginia, on June 3, 2001. He attended Paul VI Catholic High School in Virginia, where he played basketball and was highly regarded as one of the top high school players in the country. During his senior year, Roach averaged 18.6 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game.
Several top college programs recruited Roach, but he ultimately chose to play at Duke University. During his first year at Duke, Roach has been a critical contributor to the team, averaging 9.5 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game as of January 2021.
He has already shown his ability to score in big moments, including a game-winning three-pointer against Boston College.
