Just days before the trial, Sunny altered her plea in a Florida courthouse in Volusia County, where she had first pled not guilty to all counts, including driving while intoxicated, driving while having a license suspended, and maybe six other less serious offenses.
Sytch will be sentenced as if she had pled guilty after making the “nolo contendere” plea, which may result in a maximum term of 25 years.
