Antonio Brown Returning To Steelers; Judging By His Ambiguous Messages
In the eight years between 2010 and 2018, the 35-year-old wide receiver played for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
On social media, Antonio Brown frequently posts cryptic signals that may signify that he’s about to join the Pittsburgh Steelers again.
In the NFL from 2010 to 2018, Brown was one of the top players and a steal in the third round. However, after leaving Pittsburgh, he played for three different teams in only two years and has been a free agent since 2021.
But the four-time All-Pro and Super Bowl LV champion has made indications that he could be returning to the team that gave him his NFL chance.
The team received the texts following Diontae Johnson‘s hamstring injury in their 30-7 loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
Before publishing a picture of himself wearing their shirt and the caption, “Hear Me Out……”
Brown commented on X, then known as Twitter, “Heard the @Steelers need a WR………”
Before signing with the Baltimore Ravens, Brown intimated that he may come out of retirement at age 35.
However, he implies that he may step in to replace Johnson’s spot as wide receiver for a few weeks while the Steelers work to get Johnson back to full strength and conditioning.
Legal problems with Antonio Brown
Throughout his life, Brown has encountered the law on several occasions. After claims of numerous charges of inappropriate sexual behavior, the New England Patriots released him in 2019.
After allegedly being attacked in 2020 for refusing to cover moving expenses, he was sentenced to pay a satisfying driver compensation in October 2022.
He allegedly threatened the Albany Empire team with a gun before they were kicked out of the National Arena League for failing to pay dues, and his National Arena League club ended disastrously.
