Boston Celtics And Jayson Tatum Battle Back To Seize Series
Boston is currently ahead two games to one thanks to a fantastic effort by one of its captains.
The goal for the Boston Celtics against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday night was to take a series lead, and they succeeded in doing so despite some difficulties. With the first game ending in a decisive 120-95 score, it appeared as though this might happen. When the Cavs grabbed control at TD Garden and tied the series, however, everything changed.
It was time for the teams to relocate to Cleveland, the site of the third match. Even with the shocking outcome of the previous game, Joe Mazzulla‘s team still appeared to be better overall, and they wanted to prove it at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, where almost 20,000 Cavaliers supporters attended.
But as evidenced by their 57-48 halftime lead, the Celtics were focused on the game and did not let the traditional hostile atmosphere of the Playoffs deter them. A total of 46 of their team’s 57 points were scored by Jayson Tatum, Jrue Holiday, and Jaylen Brown.
At the half, Donovan Mitchell had already scored 23 points, thus he carried the whole offensive load for the Cavs.
Jayson Tatum took over after that. With a quarter remaining, Boston acted more, and they led by fifteen.
By the end, the green team had already displayed their partiality and was preventing any sort of response. Again in the Eastern Conference Semifinals series, the Celtics prevailed with a strong 106-93 victory.

With six assists, Jayson Tatum’s final stat line of 33 points and 13 rebounds was a double-double. After him, with 28 points, was Jaylen Brown. Although only ten of his 33 goals came in the second half, Donovan Mitchell led the home team in scoring.
The goal of the Celtics is to live up to the hype.
There is no denying that the Boston Celtics are the overwhelming favorites to win the NBA Playoffs’ Eastern Conference. They were incredibly dominant in the regular season, winning 64 of their 82 games.
They also defeated the Miami Heat, the current Eastern Conference Champions, in five games during their first-round playoff match.
On Monday, May 13, the Cleveland Cavaliers and Boston Celtics teams will square off once more.
