Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, and Kayla Nicole, the ex-girlfriend of Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, have unfollowed each other on social media amid rumors that Kelce is now dating Taylor Swift.
