Darius Slay Urges Taylor Swift Not To Attend The Game
Darius Slay, a cornerback for the Philadelphia Eagles, has jokingly begged Taylor Swift not to travel to the Week 11 game against the Kansas City Chiefs because he thinks she might bring fortune to the Chiefs.
Swift witnessed the Chiefs’ landslide victories against the Chicago Bears and the New York Jets while watching the previous two Chiefs contests from the stands.
Darius Slay said on his podcast, “Do not come to the game ’cause it seems like you bring the energy of winning. So do not come to that game.”
He is amusingly worried about Swift’s forthcoming matchup since the NFL has made a big deal of her attendance at these games.
With a good season ahead of them and a potential Super Bowl rematch against the Chiefs, the Eagles, one of the two remaining unbeaten teams, might play them.
Although Travis Kelce and his brother, Eagles center Jason Kelce, may receive much attention from the media for the game, this might result in a congested plot. Whether Swift will attend the crucial Monday Night Football game on November 20 is currently unknown.
In a podcast interview with his brother, Jason Kelce, Travis Kelce expressed concern that the NFL may be “overdoing” its coverage of Taylor Swift’s participation at Kansas City Chiefs games. Taylor Swift’s attendance at the games has attracted much media attention.
“I think it’s fun when they show who’s at the game. I think it brings a little bit more to the atmosphere, brings a little bit more to what you’re watching. But at the same time, they’re overdoing it a little bit.”
