The Baltimore Ravens revealed that they and their franchise quarterback, Lamar Jackson, have agreed in principle on a 5-year contract extension.
Before the NFL draft on Thursday, Jackson commented in a video released by the Ravens that there had been a lot of “he said, she said” in recent months.
“A lot of nail biting, a lot of head scratching going on, but for the next five years, it’s a lot of flock going on. Let’s go baby. Let’s go. Let’s go, man. Can’t wait to get there. Can’t to be there. Can’t wait to light up M&T for the next five years, man. Let’s get it.”

The guaranteed money has yet to be disclosed, and the deal’s stipulations are five years and $260 million.
