With a peak of 955,000, the game attracted 850,000 viewers. Almost a million people tuned into ABC to see the WNBA pregame program live. The 3-Point Contest and Skills Challenge were shown on ESPN simultaneously, with an audience that increased by 43%.

“The All-Star Game definitely contributes to the overall general excitement about women’s basketball.” “It shows that women’s basketball is fun and exciting to watch, and future partnerships and marketing opportunities definitely arise from that as well.” “Fan engagement is obviously huge, and I saw some numbers posted that it’s up to like 46% this year from the previous year. That’s amazing.”
The league said over the weekend that Phoenix will host this Game in 2024. The Phoenix Mercury will be the venue for the third time.
