Mike Tyson: More Lethal At 57 Compared Younger Boxing Practice
Tyson practices with Rafael Cordeiro to keep his strength in the ring.
In the 1980s, Mike Tyson, a boxer who is no longer active, won the heavyweight world championship twice. At the age of 20, he defeated Trevor Berbick in 1986, making him the youngest heavyweight champion in history.
Despite his history of trouble, Mike appears even more deadly at the age of 57 in a video that was uploaded to Instagram while he was still preparing to be a boxer.
Rafael Cordeiro, a Brazilian mixed martial arts trainer and the creator of Kings MMA MMA Gym, posted the video on social media. His instruction of several MMA world champions is well-known.
When Mike Tyson faced Roy Jones Jr. in an exhibition match in 2020, Cordeiro served as both his cornerman and trainer.
