On Sunday night, The Herons defeated LAFC 3-1.

Inter Miami won all three points against LAFC on Sunday to maintain their push for the playoffs at the end of October.

Even though he did not score, Lionel Messi distinguished out in the game, providing two fantastic assists for Jordi Alba and Leonardo Campana.

However, one of the major themes from last night was the number of celebrities spotted in the stands hoping to catch a glimpse of the Argentine star.

Prince Harry, Selena Gomez, Gerard Butler, Leonardo DiCaprio, Liam Gallagher, and basketball player LeBron James were among the celebrities who attended the game.

The game was attended by actor Owen Wilson and his children.

“My favourite player in the world is Messi.” When Argentina won the World Cup, I was overjoyed. I ran into the reporter who was crying and shouting, “Argentina, world champion!” I’m excited to see Messi in person tonight. “I’m as thrilled as a child on Christmas.”

Owen Wilson told ESPN.

After the game, Messi paid Owen and his children a visit, autographed their shirts, and hugged the actor.

The sole exception was Owen Wilson. Lionel Messi, as usual, was the centre of attention. Former Juventus and Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini of LAFC also wanted to embrace Messi and requested that he take a selfie with his children to commemorate the occasion after the game.
