Patrick Mahomes Gives Entire Chiefs Offensive Line With Early Christmas Present

NFL quarterbacks with large salaries frequently give pricey presents as a token of appreciation to the guys who shield them the most on the football pitch.

Jackson Mahomes: Surprising Hero Emerges From Kansas City Chiefs Parade Shooting

The Kansas City Chiefs are still the NFL champs, and quarterback Patrick Mahomes is still the greatest in the game, despite having a difficult season. But the effectiveness and backing of his league’s offence are necessary for him to continue to do his magic week in and week out.

As is customary for quarterbacks with large salaries in the league, Mahomes gave his bodyguards a lavish Christmas present in appreciation for their efforts.

Mahomes’ flashy and perhaps not very effective presents for his linemen were tweeted on Thursday via the Chiefs’ X (Twitter) account.

Patrick Mahomes decided to gift a customized, high-end golf cart—worth an estimated $11,700—to every one of his linemen.

Watch the lineman in the video as they leave the yard where the carts were parked; each one is customized with the player’s last name and number, and they are all clearly enthusiastic as they get on them one at a time to test them out. How many of them play golf or if they will modify them for use at home will have to wait.

Despite several issues with their aerial assault, the Chiefs offence has allowed Mahomes to throw 25 touchdown passes in 14 games this season in return for 13 interceptions. Despite this, they lead the AFC West with a 9–5 record.
