Patrick Mahomes, the reigning Super Bowl champion, concluded the season as the top fantasy quarterback with a massive 428.4 points, despite not being one of the more prolific rushers in the game (seven signal callers rushed for more touchdowns in 2022).

However, as draft season approaches, it appears that this is not a given. In fact, many people think Jalen Hurts, the quarterback Mahomes faced and defeated in the Super Bowl, will be the best fantasy quarterback in 2023.
