Travis Hunter Shocked To See Dwight Howard Wearing His Jersey
Dwight Howard may not be biggest admirer of Travis Hunter at the moment. When the former Los Angeles Lakers star was revealed to have donned his jersey during the Buffaloes’ game versus UCLA, the University of Colorado cornerback was taken aback.
His fellow players chose to play a practical joke on Hunter on Saturday following the Buffaloes‘ 28-16 loss to the Bruins, letting him know that Howard had been sporting the cornerback’s jersey.
The Colorado receiver appears perplexed and upset upon learning about the situation in the clip that has become popular on social media. Before we see Hunter’s reaction, though, the video cuts off.
Although it seems doubtful, it is not sure that the former NBA star was there at the NCAA game.
At present, Dwight Howard is not very popular.
The complaint filed against the former center for the Philadelphia 76ers for violence, sexual assault, false imprisonment, and inflicting mental distress is another reason why he is going through a tough time in both his personal and professional life.
The athlete allegedly had contact with a man named Stephen Harper in July 2021, which is the basis for the charges. Harper alleges he was shocked when a male dressed as a woman, going by the name “Kitty,” joined the pair, while Howard acknowledged the interaction but said it was all consensual.
In response to the social media uproar, the athlete, who played for the Taoyuan Leopards in the Taiwan league during the 2022–2023 season, said, “Y’all are too damn nosey fussing about what I’m doing in my bed.”

Even though Hunter had a strong performance—two of his four tackles were solo—his team’s loss prevented them from going on to play the Oregon State Beavers, dropping them to 4-4 overall.
Travis Hunter has made 18 tackles so far this year, 13 of which have been single stops, and 3 interceptions. He has two touchdowns and 360 yards on 32 receptions as a receiver.
