LeBron James Criticizes Teammates After Lakers’ Defeat Over Grizzlies

He chose to speak with the media despite being furious at the outcome of the game. After the defeat, LeBron said the following to the media: “I mean, we just stink right now.” There were just two games in the in-season tournament. This is a tiny sample size. People are constantly bringing up Vegas and getting so worked up about it. The two games were the same. We handled that matter. We participated in and won the in-season competition. However, there were only two games. The Grizzlies also hone their craft. When the percentages are against us, it appears to happen frequently. We knew what our strategy was and how we wanted to play it, and I believe we executed it as effectively as we could have. We were forced to pay for it.”
