SEC Network will broadcast the Lady Vols vs. Razorbacks game, which is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. EST. Christy Thomaskutty, an analyst, and Eric Frede, the play-by-play man, will be on the line.
The game on Monday is Tennessee’s Play4Kay, a tribute to former head coach of women’s basketball at North Carolina State Kay Yow, who died in 2009 of breast cancer. Teams will battle together against all cancers that impact women by donning pink in their uniforms.
Additionally, Tennessee will pay tribute to Tasha Butts, a former Lady Vols. After battling breast cancer, Butts departed from this life on October 23, 2023. In her honor, Lady Vol basketball players will don Tasha Tough shooting shirts.
On Thursday against South Carolina, Nikki McCray-Penson, a former Lady Vol, will also be commemorated. McCray-Penson died July 7, 2023, of breast cancer. From 2008 till 2017, she worked as an assistant to South Carolina head coach Dawn Staley.
