Ryan Reynolds Stunned Emmy Crowd By Accepting Trophy, Wearing Deadpool Outfit

With his Emmy victory speech, Ryan Reynolds did not let us down. Five honors were given out that evening to the Hollywood actor’s series “Welcome to Wrexham,” which chronicles his and Rob Mcelhenney‘s acquisition of the Welsh football team Wrexham.

Ryan Reynolds then decided to receive the coveted awards while sporting the well-known Deadpool outfit. The actor, along with colleague actor McElhenny, made a funny homage to the squad they currently own with a video published to their over 22 million followers on X.

Yea! Wow, I guess… Reynolds had interrupted Mcelhenney mid-sentence with a funny aside: “Mr. Lively couldn’t be here to receive this smashed Emmy, so he sent me on his behalf,” the comedian said. Wrexham, we adore you beyond all else. Rob and the other person told your tale, and I appreciate that. Good morning, b****es.”

“Reynolds went on beyond that point. For this decency and for not inviting us to attend the televised awards event with the actual celebrities, I would also like to thank the Academy. In addition, I want to thank Disney and FX for their support. Mr. Lively has promised not to screw up my next film. Last but not least, mothers, the Oscars are on notice.”

Wrexham on fire

Not simply the documentary is winning all the accolades. The team is performing admirably as well. The Welsh team is presently two points off the top of League 2, the fourth division of English football, after being promoted to the Football League the previous season.
